Liberate yourself and set yourself free!

Full Moon in Cancer. 12th January 2017, at 22 degrees, 11.33 UT

There is an urgent energy to this full moon that is determined to set us free from any self-limiting or external restraints. Exciting energies are paving the way to liberation and freedom, as all planets are in direct motion and therefore at their highest energy potential, between the 8th January and the 6th February, for the first and last time this year.

A great window of opportunity is opening up to us, as life begins to pick up speed. We are about to embark on an exciting journey that will lead us directly into the next powerful eclipse in Leo on the 10th February, when life will move forward rapidly, helping us to manifest our desires through self-expression, self-confidence and success.

Where you may have felt stuck or stagnant, we can now experience a real breakthrough, especially after the Mercury retrograde , which slowed down and internalised the energies the past three weeks that came to an end on the 8th January.

The Full Moon in Cancer represents our deepest emotional needs of how we feel emotionally safe and nurtured. To move forwards, we need emotional stability; that first and foremost stems from within. This Full Moon highlights how we can love and nurture ourselves first of all. Which is the very foundation of all happy relationships and will help us to move forward in life, to achieve the fulfilment and happiness that we deserve without fear.

The Full Moon is part of a grand cross constellation; building up tension and pressure that needs to be released by taking action. The grand cross represents an urgent need to release and to liberate ourselves from everything that has been blocking our way to happiness and personal freedom. Including subconscious pattern of behaviour that often have their root-cause in childhood, which is represented by the Moon in her own sign of Cancer and has strong ties to our mother and childhood.

By reconnecting to, loving and embracing our inner child, we can begin to feel whole, loved and secure. Cancer needs to find an emotional home, and it is deeply empowering when we can find the trust, love and emotional security from within. Helping to release us from unhealthy dependencies that leave us feeling dis-empowered.

The Cancer Full Moon, reminds us how important it is, to stay open-hearted and true to our own feelings. To no longer perceive our sensitivity and vulnerability as weakness`s but as strength. How we need to live our lives based on love, kindness and compassion. And how we can change someone’s life with often just a simple act of kindness.

We can use our intuition and emotions to guide us, as the Moon in Cancer is the most intuitive and emotional sign of the zodiac. Where our true feelings have been suppressed, they will now make themselves known. We can only move forward and make changes when we are living our truth from our hearts.

Pay close attention to the realisations that you have made during Mercury`s retrograde in the past three weeks. They are the clues for releasing and transforming deep psychological and emotional blocks, often deep rooted since our childhood.

Venus in Pisces is conjoined to Neptune, putting our desires in love and emotional needs very much in focus. The full moon in opposition to the Sun in Capricorn will be shining a light on how we need to obtain a balance between our emotional needs in love and to our worldly ambitions and duties in daily life.

We currently have four planets in the water and the emotional sign of Pisces. Making positive aspects to the Moon, promising a healing, loving and forgiving energy, supporting us in any changes that need to be made. Many will be feeling super sensitive and emotions and tensions can run high. While it’s important to express our needs and state our truth, we will be able to quickly find loving solutions and make our peace.

We set ourselves free when we forgive.

Venus conjoined to Neptune and recently to the south node of fate, means synchronicities will be strong and magical. Inspiring and karmic people can enter our lives while existing relationships can benefit from a magical, romantic and forgiving energy, upgrading all relationships to the next higher level. Releasing and healing relationships, addictions and delusions will be easier to do now, that are no longer serving our highest purpose and good. Enabling us to live from our true authentic self, from a deep soul level. Trusting and moving away from fear.

Pluto who represents our soul’s purpose and passion conjoined to the Sun in Capricorn, empowers us to take control over our lives and destiny. Its time to reclaim our power.
Saturn’s positive aspect to Jupiter and Uranus is encouraging us to make changes and to take responsibility for our own emotional happiness and the choices we make. Supporting us with secure foundations and the promise of success by Jupiter. We can dare to take the step beyond our comfort zone and into the unknown.

We are given a chance to recharge emotionally, to reboot and to reinvent ourselves at this Full Moon.

Deeply transformational and empowering, we can connect within and access our inner power and strength.

Neptune in Pisces, Mars and Chiron the wounded healer in positive aspect to the Moon, is bestowing us with a strong inner knowing and intuition; we can tap into almost psychic capabilities.

You have the power to be your own healer, shaman and psychologist.

Pluto in tense aspect to Jupiter and Uranus, makes any constraints or limitation feel unbearable. There is a chance for a radical shift in perception and a need to break out of old ways and patterns of behaviour, thinking and limitations. A revolution in consciousness. We are no longer willing to play it small. There is a huge urge to expand and grow beyond our limitations within and without, as we evolve and develop to the next level of our journey.

On a collective level, the Sun and Pluto in Capricorn represent corporate and political power. The next few months will see a revolutionary push for change, with Jupiter and Uranus in opposition. The Cancer Moon and Neptune in Pisces highlights the need for a new kind of society and politics. A society based on fairness, justice, humanity and compassion. We need a new kind of politics, a politics of love.

There is deep wisdom to be found in the sign of Capricorn who is often referred to, as the wise old soul. We can unlock our deep inner wisdom now and step into our power by combing the truth within our hearts, spirit, mind, body and soul.

“A loving heart is the truest wisdom.” Charles Dickens

This Unique Spanish Home Was Built Under a Rolling Hill and Is Completely Eco-Friendly

You wouldn’t know there was a home resting inside of this rolling hillside were it not for the roof sloping downward over a parked car and bicycles. Known as the Live Garden House, this vaulted home was built into a hillside and features traditional construction techniques practiced in Zaragoza, Spain.

Spanish designers sought to create a fully sustainable home that used locally-sourced materials for its construction. They achieve their vision with this zero-energy structure that lets in natural sunlight, has a natural ventilation system and features a rainwater collection system.

All of its sustainable features are made even better by placing them underneath an undulating green roof (which has plants and vegetation growing on top of it). Not only does the home look beautiful inside, it fits in perfectly with the surrounding landscape.

And the inside is just as welcoming and serene as the outside. Take a look for yourself!

The REAL Reason Barns Are Usually Red

Almost every barn I’ve ever seen has been red, and I never knew why. I mean, I love red as a color, but it never really made any sense why every single barn I’ve ever come across had to be red. There are so many other colors to choose from!

The real reason barns are painted red actually has nothing to do with color preference, and everything to do with practicality.

When the very first New England settlers were building farms, many of them lacked the necessary funds to paint their buildings. However, they still needed a way to protect their barns’ wood from the elements, so they came up with their own solution to the problem: by mixing skim milk, lime, and red iron oxide, they successfully created a plastic-like substance that they could coat their farm buildings with to protect them.

Eventually, paint manufacturers would mix in chemical pigment and red was the favorite due to how cheap it was. And, as with many things in this world, people never sought to change it. So, red was how it began and red is how it has stayed.

Professor Who Predicted Donald Trump Becoming President Has a New Prediction: Impeachment

Image via: Max Goldberg from USA - Trump CAUCUS

Allan Lichtman, a professor at American University, has gained quite a bit of notoriety over the years as he’s successfully predicted the outcome of every presidential election to date, starting in 1984. He correctly predicted the Donald Trump would win the 2016 election and is now making another prediction: Donald Trump will be impeached.

"Now, he focuses on the 45th President of the United States and his next forecast, that it is not a question of if President Trump will be impeached, but a question of when," said Shelby Meizlik, spokesperson for HarperCollins.

In fact, Lichtman has written a book stating his argument for why Trump should be impeached. The Case for Impeachment is being published by Dey Street Books and will release to the public on April 18th.

Lichtman made the prediction that Trump would be impeached alongside his prediction that he would be elected and his book will go into detail as to why.

Lichtman told the Washington Post this past September:

"I'm going to make another prediction. This one is not based on a system; it's just my gut. They don't want Trump as president, because they can't control him. He's unpredictable. They'd love to have Pence — an absolutely down-the-line, conservative, controllable Republican. And I'm quite certain Trump will give someone grounds for impeachment, either by doing something that endangers national security or because it helps his pocketbook."

It certainly seems as though there is a strong case for impeachment, especially when considering Trump's Russian connections and the multitude of conflicts of interests surrounding his businesses, as Lichtman argues.

Do you think Lichtman’s fortune-telling capabilities will ring true once again?
